Privacy Policy
WODBase holds your training record. Here is what we collect, what we do with it, and how to get rid of it.
Last updated September 30, 2026
What we collect
- Your email address, so you have an account.
- What you log: your workouts, and any profile details you choose to add: your name, box, photo, height, sex and body weight.
- Your reminder settings and a notification token for your phone, if you turn notifications on.
- Usage information, like which screens you open and what kind of workout you logged, and crash reports, so we can see what is broken or confusing.
- Your rough location, city and country, which our analytics provider works out from your internet address.
- Your name and email if you fill in the form on this site, and anything you send us by email.
If you log as a guest, your workouts stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded until you create an account.
What we do with it
- Store your record and sync it to your devices.
- Send the reminders you asked for.
- Fix bugs and improve the app.
- Reply when you contact us.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads or use your training history for advertising. We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not collect your precise location.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to host the app, store your data, deliver notifications, report crashes, and measure how the app is used. They process it only to run WODBase. Your account and workouts are stored in the European Union.
Deleting your data
Open Profile in the app and tap Delete Account. That permanently removes your account, your workouts, your photo and everything else in it. It cannot be undone, and we do not keep a copy of your record.
Usage and crash reports stay with our analytics and crash reporting providers until they expire. They carry an account ID, not your name or email. To have those removed too, email hello@wodbase.app.
To export or correct your data, or to come off our email list, email hello@wodbase.app.
Changes
If what we collect changes, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
